Return & Delivery Policy
1. Statutory Rights
This Returns Policy is made in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. It applies to sales made by Precious Prints Ltd to consumers within the United Kingdom. Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights.
2. Cancellation Rights
- Consumers have the right to cancel an online contract within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of the Goods and receive a refund.
- To exercise this right, Customers must provide written notice of cancellation to Precious Prints Ltd within the cancellation period.
3. Exclusions

The statutory right to cancel does not apply to:
- Goods that are made to the Customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
4. Faulty Goods
- If Goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform with the Contract, Customers are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Notification of defects must be made in writing within 14 days of delivery.
5. Returns Procedure
- Customers must contact Precious Prints Ltd at support@precious-prints.com to obtain return instructions.
- Goods must be returned in their original condition, securely packaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- The Customer shall bear the cost of returning Goods
6. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned Goods or of receiving evidence of return (whichever is earlier).
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used.
- Delivery costs will be refunded where the entire order is cancelled within the statutory period.
7. Exchanges
Where agreed, replacement Goods will be dispatched following receipt of the returned items. Exchanges for personalised items are only permitted where Goods are defective.
8. Governing Law
This Returns Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
