How do I upload my child’s artwork?

When you choose a product on our website, you’ll be prompted to upload an image before heading to checkout. Just tap the “Upload Artwork” button, select the photo from your phone or computer, and confirm. It’s quick, easy and secure.

How does the AI transformation work?

Once your photo is uploaded, our technology cleans up the image, removes backgrounds, and generates a choice of high-resolution design variations. You simply pick your favourite style before it’s placed onto your chosen product.

What type of image file should I send?

Almost any format will work – JPEG, PNG, HEIC – even a snapshot taken on your smartphone. The main thing is that the photo should be clear and not too small. Bigger, brighter photos help our AI produce the sharpest results.

What’s the best way to photograph the drawing?

Try to place the paper on a flat surface in a well-lit room (natural light is best). Hold your phone directly above the page so the lines aren’t distorted. Avoid shadows and folded corners if possible. BEST PRACTICE

Does it matter if the photo includes the table, frame or floor around the drawing?

Not necessarily – our AI technology usually, automatically removes the background and isolates the artwork. You don’t need to crop or edit anything before uploading, but it massively helps and speeds up the process if the image only contains the paper on which the drawing is on. On the rare occasion you experience an issue, please feel free to contact us and the team will be more than happy to support you.

Do I need to use special pens or paints?

Not at all! Crayons, pencils, chalk, felt tips, paints – anything goes. Bold, colourful lines usually look amazing on printed products, but even a light pencil sketch can be enhanced beautifully by our software. Check out the ‘Snowball’ cat sketch created by our Founder and CEO’s daughter – the original inspiration for the whole business!

Can you remove or adjust parts of the drawing if I request it?

Generally – unfortunately not. Our AI technology will do its best to present the best possible options available while preserving the original spirit of your child’s creation.

Can you add extra features that weren’t in the original artwork?

We don’t create new drawings or add extra characters beyond those suggested by the AI. However, we can make tweaks like repositioning items, changing colours, or removing unwanted marks – always keeping the design true to your child’s art. Please contact us for any manual intervention support and we’ll do our best to help.

Product & Process

Will I see a preview before my order is printed?

Yes – after the AI generates variations, you’ll choose your preferred option. This acts as your digital proof. Once confirmed and your order is placed, it goes straight into production.

Do handprints, footprints, or paw prints print at actual size?

No, we adjust the artwork to suit the product’s dimensions. For example, a handprint onto a water bottle will be scaled to fit comfortably without losing detail.

Can multiple drawings be combined into one design?

In some cases, yes. If you’d like more than one artwork on a single product, simply decide where you’d like each image. For example, if you’d like one image printing on the front of a hoodie, select the front view of the selected product and follow the uploading, selecting and placement instructions; Then for a different image to be printed on the back, simply select the back view of the same hoodie and follow the same process.

What if my artwork isn’t good enough quality?

If an image doesn’t meet the minimum resolution, you will see a pop-up screen to alert you to the fact. You can still proceed, but for the best print quality, we strongly suggest uploading a higher resolution version of the image.

Orders & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most items are produced and dispatched from our manufacturing facility within 3–5 working days. Delivery time on top of this is generally another 2-3 days. So, a total manufacturing and delivery timeframe of 5-8 working days from order confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way. During busier periods, there may be slight delays – your patience during these times is very much appreciated.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We currently only deliver within the UK

Can I place an order now and upload the artwork later?

At present, our checkout requires the artwork at the time of purchase so the AI can process your design immediately. You’re also welcome to order blank, unprinted items but images cannot be applied retrospectively once the order has been placed. Blank, unprinted items are also covered by our 14 day returns policy.

What if I want a product in a different orientation (e.g., portrait instead of landscape)?

Where the product design allows, this may be possible. For example, your design may be wrapped around a water bottle of along the length of it. If the option is not presented on the selected product image placement stage, it is unfortunately not currently possible to change the orientation.

Customer Support & Other Questions

What happens if I make a mistake in my order?

If you realise you’ve uploaded the wrong image or chosen the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible. We can sometimes amend it if the order hasn’t gone into production yet.

What if I change my mind and want to return my order?

Bespoke printed items are not subject to our returns policy, as they are printed to your specific design and unsalable to anyone else. Returns are accepted only for blank, unprinted orders.

Do you keep a copy of my artwork?

That’s your decision. You do have the option to save your design into our public library. This has several benefits to you and your little artist. Firstly, you’ll receive an affiliate link that when followed, directs anyone to your customised, creative design and allows them to use it on their own selected product(s) in the colour(s) and size(s) of their choice. For every additional product ordered that contains your design, the original customer received a small credit to their account that can be used towards all future orders.
